Terms of Service

ProSuite OS is currently offered directly by Anand Radhakrishnan, an individual, and is not yet operated through a separately incorporated company. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of ProSuite OS, on both the Job Seeker product (prosuiteos.com) and the Employer product (employers.prosuiteos.com). By creating an account or otherwise using ProSuite OS, you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

ProSuite OS is a career operating system: it helps individual job seekers analyze fit against job descriptions, build and tailor resumes, prepare for interviews, and organize their career activity, using deterministic, evidence-based analysis grounded in information you provide. ProSuite OS is a companion tool used alongside your own job search — it does not source, scrape, or list job openings on your behalf, and it does not guarantee any employment outcome.

Separately, the Employer product lets an organization license seats so its own people (e.g. outplacement, campus, or internal-mobility cohorts) use the Job Seeker product above, and lets HR/Admin roles see aggregate, non-identifying usage of that cohort and manage an optional Internal Jobs feature. The Employer product is not a recruiting or applicant-tracking system, does not let an organization source or score external candidates, and does not give any Employer role access to an individual’s resume or fit-report content.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in access secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at support@prosuiteos.com if you suspect unauthorized use.

3. Subscriptions and billing

• Job Seeker plans (Basic, Pro, Premium) and Employer plans (Growth, Scale, Enterprise) are billed on a recurring basis in advance, processed by Razorpay.
• Subscriptions renew automatically each billing cycle until cancelled.
• You can cancel at any time; access continues through the end of the period already paid for. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for full detail.
• We may change prices going forward; where required, we will give advance notice before a change takes effect on your next renewal.
• On the Employer product, the organization’s Owner is responsible for the seat-based subscription; individual roster members are not separately billed for product access licensed to them by their organization.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use ProSuite OS to submit false information about your identity, employment history, or qualifications with intent to defraud a third party.
• Attempt to access another user’s or organization’s data, or bypass access controls.
• Scrape, reverse-engineer, or resell access to the product without our written permission.
• Upload unlawful, infringing, or malicious content.
• Use the Employer product to source, screen, or score individuals outside your own organization’s licensed roster.

5. Your content

You retain ownership of the resume, profile, and other content you submit. You grant ProSuite OS a limited license to process that content solely to provide the features you use (e.g. generating an analysis or a tailored resume). We do not use your content to train third-party AI models beyond what is strictly necessary to serve your own request.

6. AI-generated content

Analyses, fit scores, resume suggestions, and interview preparation content are generated using deterministic, evidence-grounded methods and AI assistance bounded to the evidence you provided. They are informational aids, not guarantees of accuracy, completeness, or employment outcomes, and you remain responsible for reviewing and verifying anything generated before relying on or submitting it (e.g. to an actual employer).

7. Employer product terms

• An organization’s Owner/Admin roles are responsible for the accuracy of organization and roster information they submit, including any employee email used to invite a roster seat.
• Roster members remain bound by these Terms in their own individual capacity as Job Seeker users of the underlying product, in addition to whatever arrangement exists between them and their employer.
• Aggregate cohort-usage data shown to an Employer organization is derived only from existing product usage and never discloses an individual’s resume, fit-report, or interview-prep content.
• Internal Job interest is opt-in: a roster member’s identity and interest status are shared with their organization’s authorized roles only after that member explicitly opts in for that specific posting, and may be withdrawn at any time.

8. Intellectual property

ProSuite OS, its branding, design, and underlying software are owned by its operator and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers that ownership to you.

9. Termination

You may stop using ProSuite OS at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these Terms, engages in fraud or abuse, or poses a security risk to the platform or other users.

10. Disclaimers

ProSuite OS is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any analysis, resume, or preparation content will result in a specific outcome such as an interview or job offer.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ProSuite OS and its operator are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts having competent authority in India, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above; continued use of ProSuite OS after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
