ProSuite OS
Privacy Policy
Last updated 2 September 2026
ProSuite OS is currently offered directly by Anand Radhakrishnan, an individual, and is not yet operated through a separately incorporated company. This Privacy Policy explains what information ProSuite OS collects across both the Job Seeker product (prosuiteos.com) and the Employer product (employers.prosuiteos.com), how it is used, and the choices available to you.
1. Information we collect
Account information
Your email address and authentication state, handled by Supabase Auth. We do not store passwords in plain text — sign-in uses a one-time code (magic link / OTP) rather than a password you set with us.
Career and profile content (Job Seeker)
Resume content, professional profile details, job descriptions you submit for analysis, Smart Apply analyses and generated documents, interview preparation content, networking contacts, notes, and career tasks/events you create. This content is used only to power the features you use — for example, generating a fit analysis against a job description you provide, or drafting an AI-assisted resume — and is never used to train a model on your behalf without your action initiating it.
Organization and roster content (Employer)
If you sign in on the Employer surface, we hold your organization’s name and profile details, membership/role records, roster (licensed seat) membership, Internal Job postings your organization creates, and aggregate usage statistics about your organization’s licensed cohort. An Employer organization’s HR/Admin/Owner roles never receive an individual roster member’s resume, fit-report content, or fit-score breakdown — this is enforced at the database level (row-level security), not only in the interface. A roster member’s opt-in expression of interest in an Internal Job is visible to their organization’s authorized roles only because the member explicitly opted in.
Payment information
Subscription billing (Job Seeker) and seat-based billing (Employer) are processed by Razorpay. We do not receive or store your card, UPI, or bank account details — Razorpay handles those directly and shares with us only subscription/payment status, plan, and transaction references needed to manage your entitlement.
Support requests
If you contact support or file a ticket, we collect what you tell us plus limited technical context (e.g. your browser, the page you were on, a build/version identifier) to help us investigate. We ask that you never include passwords, card details, or authentication codes in a support request, and the form says so.
Usage and diagnostic data
Basic product-usage events (e.g. which feature was used, conversion/funnel events) and application error reports (with sensitive values such as tokens, passwords, and full request payloads redacted before being logged) to help us find and fix problems.
2. How we use your information
- To provide, maintain, and improve the product you signed up for.
- To generate AI-assisted analysis, tailoring, and recommendations — always grounded in evidence you provided (your resume/profile/JD), never fabricated employers, dates, skills, or achievements.
- To process subscription billing and communicate about your plan, invoices, and entitlements.
- To respond to support requests and investigate reported issues.
- To send account-related email (welcome, verification, billing, and, if you opt in via Settings, task/event/insight notifications).
- To detect, investigate, and prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents.
3. Who we share information with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers needed to run ProSuite OS, under their own confidentiality and data-protection terms:
- Supabase — database, authentication, and file storage.
- Cloudflare — application hosting and delivery.
- Razorpay — payment processing for subscriptions.
- AI/model providers used to power analysis features — we send only the evidence needed for a given request (e.g. your resume text and a job description), under instructions that forbid using it to identify you elsewhere or fabricate facts about you.
- Law enforcement or regulators, only where required by law.
An Employer organization never receives this list on your behalf, and never receives your individual resume, fit-report, or interview-prep content — only the aggregate, non-identifying usage statistics described above, and (only if you opt in) your identity and status against an Internal Job you chose to express interest in.
4. Data retention
Your account content (profile, resume, career records) is retained for as long as your account is active. Application error logs are purged automatically on a rolling schedule (individual occurrences after 90 days; resolved incident summaries after 365 days). You may request deletion of your account at any time — see Section 6.
5. Security
Data is protected by row-level security policies that scope every record to its owner (you, or your organization), encrypted in transit, and access-controlled by role. No system is perfectly secure, but we design for the principle that a user’s data should be structurally unreachable by anyone without a legitimate reason to see it — including, for Employer organizations, HR/Admin roles being structurally unable to reach an individual’s resume or fit-score content.
6. Your rights and choices
- Access and correction — you can view and edit your profile, resume, and settings directly in the product at any time.
- Deletion — you may request permanent deletion of your account and associated data by contacting support@prosuiteos.com. Deletion is irreversible.
- Notification preferences — controlled in Settings (Job Seeker) at any time.
- Withdrawing Internal Job interest (Employer roster members) — you may withdraw an expressed interest at any time from Internal Opportunities.
7. Children’s privacy
ProSuite OS is intended for working professionals and is not directed to, or knowingly used to collect information from, children under 18.
8. International data transfers
Our infrastructure providers (Supabase, Cloudflare) may process data outside your home country. We rely on their own data-protection safeguards for cross-border transfer.
9. Grievance Officer
In accordance with applicable Indian information technology rules, the Grievance Officer for ProSuite OS is:
Anand Radhakrishnan
Email: support@prosuiteos.com
We aim to acknowledge grievances within 24 hours and resolve them within 15 days of receipt.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above; continued use of ProSuite OS after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
11. Contact us
